Together with Lucy MacLeod (illustrator and bacon roll expert) I am hanging a collection of work in Edinburgh's The Outhouse (opening 14th April, coming down 20th May). If you're in Auld Reekie during that time have a look. Don't worry, The Outhouse also sells alcohol.
OK, so the keyboard is a crime against your eyes, I know, it was the only wireless one they had but that aside I now have a laptop and large monitor set up and a new scanner. Now all I have to do is do some decent work to justify it.

Shhhhh, don't tell but here's a sneak look at some pieces I've been working on for an upcoming exhibition in Edinburgh with Lucy.

Got a new scanner today. It deals with small marks and textures well.
One of these, as if you're in the slightest bit bothered.

They're retro american in design and they're made by Eastwood - nuff said.
Maybe I need to get back into playing guitar.
Back in 2006 I was contacted by a certain Lucy MacLeod with regard to taking part in an exhibition of Scottish illustrators. It was her brain child, a call to action, an attempt to form a cohesive creative community north of the border. Me and Lucy never actually met then. Strange how things pan out.
(Disclaimer - That god awful piece of work on the bottom left is/was mine and luckily wasn't used in the shows)
What do you mean you don't have a favourite plain?
